Important Instructions for Return

  1. We only Accept returns for Incorrect items or Damaged Products.

  2. Please send the Product Photo or Video if it is incorrect or Damaged.
  3. The item should be unused and in the original packaging.
  4. After submitting the request our support team with review it.
  5. After approval of your request, our support agent will send you the returning address.
  6. Upon approval, you can choose between a refund in the form of money or store credit. The choice is entirely yours.
  7. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  8. If your item is seized by customs, stuck in the mailbox, or stolen, we are not liable. Although we will try our best to assist you.

Restocking Fees:

For all eligible returns that are not related to damage or defects, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the item to make it available for resale. The restocking fee will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.
